Talk to a person
What to prepare, which published address to use, and what this page does not promise.
Before you write
A person can help more quickly when the message has the facts they need. You do not have to write at length.
- Your name.
- Your student number, if you have one.
- Whether you are an applicant, a student or a member of staff.
- The page you were on. Copy the address from the browser.
- What you saw, including any message on the screen.
- What you were trying to do.
Which address to use
Use a published address. The contact address is for questions about study, records and this site. The admissions address is for an application, an offer, or joining the college.
This college has not published a contact address or an admissions address. Check Contact in case a website is listed, or use the college's own website if you already know it. Do not send personal documents to an address this page does not show.
What happens next
A person at the college reads what you send and replies using the college's own process. This page does not promise a reply by a particular day or hour. If you write again, include the same name and page so the two messages can be matched.
Urgent safety
If you or someone else is in danger now, contact emergency services or someone you trust. This site does not publish a telephone number. If you tell the assistant that someone is in danger, it gives the same advice and says that a member of staff will be told. The assistant is not the emergency service.
Accessibility needs
For an alternative format, or to report a barrier, use the contact address above when one is published. Say the page and the format you need. The accessibility statement explains the target and the features that exist. This page does not set a time for the reply.
Complaints and feedback
For a complaint or for feedback about your study or this site, contact the college using the address above. For a concern about personal data, the privacy notice explains who to write to and the right to complain to a regulator.
Send this to the support desk
Sign in through the student portal to open a ticket from this page. A member of staff will see it in the support queue.
